  10.        The Netscape Certificate Server Release 1.0 allows you to
  11.        issue certificates, which are digital documents that certify
  12.        an entity's ownership of a public key.  For more information
  13.        on public keys, please consult the Netscape Certificate
  14.        Server Administrator's Guide, Introduction. This server is
  15.        managed and configuredthrough a Web Browser forms interface
  16.        to the Netscape Administration Server.
